We also have successfully drilled for several deep hole applications, drilling down to depths of seventy feet. We even have an application for which our equipment was adapted to drill a fourteen-inch diameter core hole through six feet of steel. Curb cutting equipment is used to cut curbs off horizontally to allow for new driveway access without the tear out of the existing curb. However, we utilize this machine for many other applications from cutting off retaining walls to removing barriers and concrete bridge railing. Our remote robotic demolition equipment is fume free and has many useful applications. From high speed demo of masonry walls to hard to reach areas of floors, beams, columns, and walls. Robots can be used to access hard to get to areas by being walked up stair cases or craned and/or hoisted into demo areas. With an assortment of attachments, we can go from demo to digging. We have utilized our robots to make quick work of interior digging even through hard soils. At ACS we utilize remote Hycycle wall saws and team them up with experienced technicians to assure safe and successful completion in a timely manner. From complex piece-wise series of wall sawing to a simple man door opening, we can cover all your wall sawing needs. If you need an all-inclusive opening in precast, we can provide engineered drawings, install structural plates, infill panels as needed, saw, remove, and haul off of site to provide the opening required on your project. Likewise, with masonry openings if needed we can provide full service as well. If production is needed, we can team up crews to assure timely completion. We have had some production jobs that had upwards of 10,000 linear feet of twenty-two-inch-thick wall sawing with pieces cut every 8' and craned out of the way with tight time lines, for which we successfully completed a head of schedule. Wire sawing can be utilized for several applications and is a versatile tool for large removal areas. We have successfully utilized wire sawing for underwater applications as well as for large removal such as twenty-five foot by twenty-five foot openings through fifty foot thick concrete wall of a dam. We can team up our deep core drill capabilities with our wire sawing capabilities to allow deep removals through massive gravity pours. Wire sawing can be used to create a man door opening through virtually any thickness of wall as well as used for cutting off machine pads flush with a floor. Wire sawing is not limited to sawing concrete; from sawing boilers into pieces to sawing off steel beams with limited access or even sawing steel structures, wire sawing can be used for various steel sawing applications. Maintaining structural integrity of concrete walls and floors sometimes requires you to locate structural elements within the concrete and assure that wall or floor penetrations are located to avoid such elements. For this we use ground penetrating sonar (GPS) to scan the structure and identify structural elements. We can also see other elements such as live electrical, steel conduits, and various plumbing when embedded in the concrete. We can scan the area and layout elements or components that need to remain so that when the removals occur, those items remain uncut and undamaged. 

If your flooring has special surfacing needs or you need to take down a section of flooring, we have you covered with our grinding and scarifying services. From grinding a concrete floor down for installation of wood flooring to scarifying recesses in payment for reflective material. At ACS we understand the need for a one stop shop and while we specialize in sawing equipment and technologies, we do provide patch back services as well. For this however, we partner up with experts that pour concrete daily. We don’t just contract out to anyone, we make sure that the select few concrete companies we contract with has the capabilities and professionalism that our customer’s have expected from us. From small patch backs of floor slabs for plumbing trench to structural foots or even large machine pads, our contracted patch work will meet your project's specifications. 

Now a day’s slurry has become a big deal, however slurry has always been a big deal to us at ACS. We have implemented a process years ago in which all slurry returned to our shop from our daily tasks goes through a solidification process and is properly disposed of. However, for any substantial size job we have onsite methods to contain, solidify, and properly dispose of slurry. From air powered solidifiers to gravity filters, to chemical additives – depending on the overall volume, we have a solution that will work every application.
